1. Where do you calculate your travel from?

I live in the SE Denver area, near Rangeview High School, so I use that as my landmark to calculate travel distances.

Travel is always calculated beforehand and will use the most direct, safe, and accessible route.

Travel calculations that include multiple locations will be the total distance traveled to the starting location, and to all secondary locations.

Travel charges are 75¢/Mile past the included package travel distance.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! Helping to plan also lets me "Pre Scout" the area so that I can make sure you get the best photos possible for that perfect "Will you..." moment.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

First things first, I would much rather reschedule you than have you show up stressed or not feeling your best. Photoshoots always turn out best when everyone is happy and comfortable. Because of this, there are no rescheduling fees if done more than 90 minutes before travel. A rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged after this deadline.

There is always a $25 non refundable reservation/scheduling fee, but this will count towards your package price!

50% refund if canceled less than 24 hours beforehand, no refunds less than 90 minutes beforehand.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I can do all 3! A digital album is included with the package for a certain time. Prints and Albums are available upon request. Though pricing varies from project to project, if you're interested in them, then let's connect!

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I mean, I have a GoPro, but I am guessing you want something a little better. At this time, I don't have a recommended videographer. I can assist with research if you would like, while planning after purchasing a photography package.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Definitely, it helps me and helps you feel comfortable! Please, no nudity, unless you want me to charge extra...

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, all sessions include a planning call (or multiple!). On-site scouting and planning sessions are provided upon request, but may include additional charges based on location, travel, and timing.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I try my best to get my photos to you promptly, but sometimes life gets in the way. That being said, I usually say "2 Days for Culling. Plus one business hour per finished photo". If they are needed quicker, we can definitely work something out!
